There is one to try: the .F, single origin Ethiopia Sidamo. Naturally sweet, with real berry and a soft floral note. Best black, in a pour-over or drip, so the fruit comes through. Honest heads-up - it is lighter and fruitier than everything else we roast, so if you only like it strong and smooth, start with the .O instead.
