Seller answered my grind question quite fast. Tried the house blend for black coffee and the result is better, more balanced and not so bitter. Happy with this buy.

I tried few grind settings but this house blend still comes out too strong and bitter for me. The smell is there, but the cup does not match what I normally drink. Maybe okay for people who like very dark coffee, just not for me. I will use the remaining beans with milk.
